Herod’s slaughter of the innocents, the instinctive desire of tyranny to murder human beings when its power is threatened, is only a trifle compared to the number of babies, born and unborn, that tyranny murders in war, to say nothing of the number of imaginations it strangles in those it permits to live a “natural” life.
